Report Abuse or Request Removal
If you see a photo, report, or other content that is abusive, inaccurate, privacy-sensitive, or should be removed, email us with:
- the charging point or location;
- the approximate date and time;
- why the content should be reviewed or removed;
- any screenshot or detail that helps identify it.
GPS and Camera Permissions
Koladio uses GPS to locate nearby charging points and camera access only when you choose to take or scan a report photo. You can manage permissions in your browser or device settings.

We aim to review support and removal requests as soon as reasonably possible.
