Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Koladio helps electric vehicle drivers report charging points that appear blocked, occupied, or unavailable. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.

Data We Collect

Photos and Sensitive Information

Please avoid including visible people, license plates, faces, private property details, or other sensitive information unless strictly necessary to explain the charging issue. You can request removal of a report or photo by contacting us.

Community content reported as potentially abusive may be reviewed. An abuse report may include the content identifier, date, reason, and a locally generated device identifier used to prevent duplicate or malicious reports.

How We Use Data

We use submitted data to display community reports, improve charging point reliability information, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Sharing

Reports may be visible to other Koladio users near the relevant charging point. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and Processors

Koladio uses Supabase for database and photo storage and Vercel for hosting. Data may be processed by these providers to operate the service.

Removal Requests

To request deletion of a photo, report, or other data, contact contact@koladio.app. Please include enough detail to identify the content.

Koladio may limit the visibility of reported content or remove it after review. When community content is removed manually, its associated photos may also be removed.
